Lost or Missing Packages

urTONE™ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your billing and shipping details before placing your order.

If an error occurs on our end, we will take full responsibility and ensure the original order is resolved at no additional cost to you.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
